OpenMRS was chosen as it provides an extensive amount of documentation to learn from as well as being a FOSS project. I know there has been a fair amount of work done for mHealth in Pakistan using OpenMRS. There are some Urdu translations in the CIEL concept dictionary, but if you proceed, perhaps you can help with additional translations of concepts required for primary care. Thanks.
