I install OpenMrs SDK using GitHub GitHub - openmrs/openmrs-sdk: OpenMRS SDK is a toolset which facilitates OpenMRS development pls read the readme file and follow each step

try that command if that does not work then go to Stack Overflow that link Error "The goal you specified requires a project to execute but there is no POM in this directory" after executing maven command - Stack Overflow
