Hello everyone! I am a newbie of OpenMRS. I am currently working as an aerospace engineer in the US and happy to find this place. I’m sure I am going to learn a lot from each one of you so please bear your patience to the newbie . I have seen some nice health care apps and was able to evaluate some demo like openemr but not bahmni which has a bigger scope than the rest. I can’t wait to test drive…

@chetas411 Welcome to our community! There are many different ways to contribute to OpenMRS, either on your own or as part of a small squad or team. The best place to start is our Getting Started as a Developer Guide. From there, see “Contribute as a Developer” for some introductory tickets and our Product Dashboard to see what larger projects are being worked on by squads, such as the Microfrontend squad.

Hi everyone, I am Vamsi Krishna from India. I am a true believer that tech could always make people lives easier and I recently discovered this beautiful community of OpenMRS. Just the thought of me contributing to something that is beyond everyone is so satisfying. You will see some credible contribution from me in the near future. I like the way mentors are working so hard to create documentation so that people like me can contribute effortlessly . Thank you @rishabh997 @herbert24
