I loved the fact about OpenMRS that the organization is willing to use our talents to battle against the diseases in developing countries and Google Code-in is encouraging the youth to learn coding.

Google Code-in piques my interest into how open source development takes place in todayās ever-connected world and OpenMRS was the first organization that caught my eye with itās focus on medical technology through itās tagline āWrite Code, Save Livesā.
This is my first and last year that Iāll be participating in GCI. Looking forward for an unique learning experience outside the classroom.
