Those notes don’t quite do justice to something (very) big embedded in this new major release of OpenMRS EIP: the addition of a Camel FHIR event bus: camel-openmrs-fhir.
At @Mekom we heavily rely on OpenMRS EIP for all the Ozone data flows that are initiated by OpenMRS, and there are many! This kind of tooling is perfect to integrate OpenMRS with anything while speaking FHIR and using scalable enterprise Java tools like Apache Camel.
