Where can I get the latest copy of the OpenMRS dictionary in SQL?

Hello isuranga, Please do you know where i can get the latest OpenMRS concept dictionary in sql format. I tried to email email Andrew Kanter at CIEL (andrew.kanter@dbmi.columbia.edu) but it was not going through. Thanks

New version of CIEL dictionary added to dropbox for February 23, 2018.
