Hi Everyone,

I am Nithiesh Naik, a pre-final year at National Institute of Technology, Rourkela (NIT Rourkela). I have a strong passion for software development and have been actively working on full-stack development projects, primarily using Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js, NestJS, React, and MongoDB.

I have hands-on experience in building secure web applications, integrating APIs, and developing microservices. Additionally, I am proficient in backend development with Spring Boot and NestJS, along with front-end frameworks like React.js and Vue.js. I am also familiar with OAuth2, JWT Authentication, REST APIs, and database management using MySQL and MongoDB.

I am currently exploring opportunities to contribute to open-source projects, and OpenMRS has caught my attention because of its incredible mission to improve healthcare infrastructure through open-source solutions. I believe my full-stack development skills, experience with API integrations, and backend development knowledge can add value to the OpenMRS community.

I am excited to contribute, learn from the community, and help build impactful solutions in healthcare technology. Looking forward to collaborating and making meaningful contributions to OpenMRS!

Thank you!

Hey everyone! I’m Nitish Kumar, and I’m really excited to be here and contribute to the OpenMRS community. I’m a developer with experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), along with C++ for system-level programming. I love building web applications, working with REST APIs, and implementing secure authentication using OAuth2 and JWT. Open-source development has always fascinated me, and I’m eager to put my skills to good use by contributing to OpenMRS, learning from all of you, and helping improve healthcare technology in the process.

I’m currently studying at Indian Institute of Information Technology, Jabalpur (IIIT Jabalpur), where I’ve been working on projects that involve API integrations, backend development, and security enhancements. I enjoy solving real-world problems through code and collaborating with like-minded people. OpenMRS’s mission of making healthcare more accessible through technology really resonates with me, and I’d love to play a small part in making a difference. Looking forward to contributing and connecting with you all!
