Hey everyone! I’m Nitish Kumar, and I’m really excited to be here and contribute to the OpenMRS community. I’m a developer with experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), along with C++ for system-level programming. I love building web applications, working with REST APIs, and implementing secure authentication using OAuth2 and JWT. Open-source development has always fascinated me, and I’m eager to put my skills to good use by contributing to OpenMRS, learning from all of you, and helping improve healthcare technology in the process.
I’m currently studying at Indian Institute of Information Technology, Jabalpur (IIIT Jabalpur), where I’ve been working on projects that involve API integrations, backend development, and security enhancements. I enjoy solving real-world problems through code and collaborating with like-minded people.
