Hello everyone!

I’ve known about OpenMRS for a couple years now and I’m so excited that the opportunity has come about to get involved. I’ve moved from South Pasadena, CA to Kampala, Uganda. For the past 3 years I’ve worked in the private health and medical industry as a Marketing and Business Development manager – so I’m pumped to learn more about what you’re all doing here!

Later!

Hi my name is Chris Power and I’m a recovering OpenMRS Project Manager It’s been two years since my last connection to community

I am a seasoned Project Manager and Scrum Master, aspiring Product Owner/Manager with experience in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheets to help communicate and build synergy around project goals.

Work on other projects took me away from the OpenMRS community, but changes in my work are allowing me to take a look at OpenMRS once again and see how I can become of a part of this great community again.

I’d love to hear about

  • What I’ve missed
  • What our road map is for the next 3/6/9/12 months
  • What high level stories need to be documented and then possibly fleshed out
  • What excites you about being a part of OpenMRS
  • What one feature you wish was here today that isn’t here yet

Looking forward to hearing from you! Chris Power
