Upgrading Kakumirizi Daud to /dev/2

Considering a number of activities @kdaud is doing in the community like participating in dev forums , raising pull requests , helping others on talk , Participating in the openmrs QA fellowship and actively contributing to the QA framework.

I suggest that @kdaud should be upgraded to /dev/2 :slightly_smiling_face:
