Considering the expertise that @ibacher has demonstrated in leading a number of architectural and design discussions with FHIR and other topics, the support he gives to the community in form of answering talk posts, doing code reviews, and the complex platform tickets that he has worked on, am suggesting that we upgrade him from a /dev/null to /dev/4
Any objections?
