Hi All, I have been re-working the UI. Here is the updated wireframes for the proposed UI.
When the user clicks on the “Add” button, the form to create a new prescription is displayed. This form consists of fields to enter the name of the drug and the start date which is populated by the current date by default.
If the drug is an allergic drug, a notification is provided and the user has to enter comments for ordering it
The user clicks on the next button to fill in the drug composition details and instructions for the patient and the pharmacist
The user is redirected to the summary page where they can review the order and then submit it.
