Treatment Chart for drug administration monitoring

Hello All, We are trying to create a treatment administration chart. I used this https://bahmni.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BAH/pages/55214199/Binding+Drug+Frequency+with+Treatment+Chart but not exactly what I wanted.

I want Nurses to be able to TICK when a particular drug is administered to a patient. This should track date and time the treatment was administered.

Does anyone have a quick solution?
