Reports in OpenMRS

What is the functionality of Reports in OpenMRS? On clicking the Reports tab in the home page, I don’t see any information being displayed. [Screenshot%20(188)] [Screenshot%20(189)] Can I consider, to include the functionality of exporting data as .csv file using reports? Thank you

Cohort Builder: OpenMRS Reference Application

Referring to the wiki page - Cohort Builder Open Web App User Guide - Documentation - OpenMRS Wiki , I don’t see any option for Cohort Builder in home page of OpenMRS Reference Application. Do I need to install some module or set any configuration in order to see it ? [Screenshot%20(191)] Thank you
