@Reagan have you tried another way of creating two reference application instances running at specified time interval and tthe try configuring the sync module then you follow the procedures from this link https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/projects/Sync+2.0+user+manual .can you try that and see the way forward, we tried it yesterday now j will try to upload the sync .may be j need to update of challenges or success
