Platform 2.2 : A candidate for full release

As per the conversations on talk regarding the release of platform 2.2 Are there any objections to pushing platform 2.2 beta to a full release?

Hi @samuel34 Please complete the release notes and Blog by March 29 2019. I cant announce to the community if we don’t have that documentation. It also does not set a good precedent for the new release manager for the next release of which you are participating.
