Openmrs V3 Forms

I am trying to create a form for diagnosis data entry but creating a form involves choosing which concept will appear on selection option. How do I create a form in mrs v3 that will show all the data from “Diagnosis” concept class as an autocomplete option?

@oliebolz the question is from Bahmni but I am using plain openmrs v3.
