O3: Demo Drugs to unblock ePrescribing

Hey @samuel34 & @reagan - want to follow up and confirm - are you guys unblocked with enough sample drug content for the O3 demo?

Here’s what we currently have in our 3.x RefApp distro:

(I can also go through and add some things from Wamz’s OHRI drug concept spreadsheet, if that would be helpful for OHRI, @samuel34; this csv iniz file is where I was imagining doing that.)
