Is Openmrs GET/Post API are HL7 Compatible ?

Please clear my few doubts on Openmrs.

1.Is **Get/Post api are HL7** compatible?
2.how can i **transfer data** to other organization/institute in HL7?
3.Is **Openmrs follows Snomed CT** ? if yes then **where it is implemented**? 

Please reply my answer point wise if possible,
