Here’s how to get your free Hacktoberfest t-shirt at the end of the month:

  1. Fill out the form at https://hacktoberfest.digitalocean.com/ with your GitHub user ID and your email address.
  2. Before 31 October, open 4 GitHub pull requests for your favorite open source projects (in other words, OpenMRS!) :openmrs:
  3. The DigitalOcean team will email you on 2 November to get your shipping information.

That’s it. Did you ever earn a t-shirt so easily? Now get busy on those pull requests, and Happy Hacktoberfest!
