Is OpenMRS :openmrs: participating in hacktoberfest? I think we are not eligible right? since we don’t manage issues on GitHub. :slight_smile:

No, we are. We accept pull requests. They want people to submit pull requests. They don’t have to be accepted, but they need to be opened between Oct 1-31. Last year I had several PRs open…way over the number needed.
