hi @arun822 go to this link- https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/IRC/Home

Hey Arun, welcome to the community! If you wish to participate in GCi related discussions, I would suggest you join the telegram server: https://t.me/openmrsgci2019

Hi, I’m Krushi, and I am excited to be part of the GCI and OpenMRS community!

I found it interesting how so many different organizations want to contribute to the GCI process and contribute their time to make sure students and participants truly understand what they are doing. It shows a new level of commitment from these people. Similarly, I find it so intriguing the opportunities and impacts the OpenMRS software has towards saving lives (since it is used worldwide).

This is my first year doing GCI and I will definitely continue in future years.

While working with OpenMRS I expect to be part of a wonderful community while learning and gaining more experience.

Hi, I’m omegacuber, and I am really excited to start GCI 2019 and best of luck to other contestants.

  1. Google Code-in is a really great platform for students to showcase their talent and finish tasks given to them by organizations and companies. It also helps them get the feel and understand how companies actually work and how it feels to work for them and more the organizations present the better as you have wider range of tasks and OpenMRS is a really great organization and you get to know about it from is tagline-ā€œWrite Code ,Save Livesā€ which is great and many people including me would love to do the same.

  2. Unfortunately no, I didn’t participate in GCI 2018 as I got to know about it this year.

3.I expect meeting amazing people and learning many things this year with the help of OpenMRS tasks.
