Getting Reference Application 2.3 deployed to uat01

Continuing the discussion from OpenMRS 2.3 Release - milestones:

@tharunya, we need to get Reference Application 2.3 deployed for user acceptance testing. Do you have access to Bamboo and know how to do this? Or do you need assistance?

(@maurya has confirmed that uat01 can be comandeered for 2.3)

Not sure what’s the status of Shifting to using the correct environments for testing

But I found at the time that https://ci.openmrs.org/deploy/config/configureDeploymentProject.action?id=43646977&environmentId=64126977 was deploying to UAT01
