Getting metadatasharing 1.2 released

Continuing the discussion from OpenMRS 2.3 Release - milestones:

@raff,

On today’s dev forum, we realized several module releases are depending on getting metadatasharing 1.2 released. Are you close to having this released? Could you prioritize it?

I need more time to test 1.2-SNAPSHOT since it introduces a major change (conversion from sqldiff to liquibase). Meanwhile I’ve downgraded the metadatasharing module in the reference application to 1.1.9 so it’s not blocking the release.

Thanks @raff. I’ve updated the release milestones accordingly.

@tharunya & @wyclif: metadatasharing released at 1.1.9 for Reference Application 2.3, so this should no longer be blocking any other module releases.
