Continuing the discussion from OpenMRS 2.3 Release - milestones:

@willa,

Are you aware that @tharunya was looking to you to determine which version of formentryapp should be in Reference Application 2.3 and to get it released (i.e., either state that 1.1.x should be included or get 1.2 released for inclusion)?
