Hi Everyone, I’m Emmanuel Katto from Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), I’m a freelance developer currently exploring OpenMRS for private institutions in my country. They’re interested in implementing OpenMRS but require more gender options at registration beyond the default Male (M) and Female (F).

I’m not facing any issues so far, but I wanted to ask:

  1. Is there an OpenMRS version or module available that supports multiple gender options out of the box?
  2. If not, would this require custom modifications, and how complex would it be to implement?

I understand this might have been addressed before, so I appreciate any guidance or resources you can share to help me add this functionality.
