Are there any desired attendees that can not attend on Monday, April 16 @4pm UTC?
That would be me! Unfortunately, I only saw the minutes yesterday and Monday is not available as I am in an all day meeting Monday and Tuesday. I can do the following Monday from 8:30-9:30am CDT (Chicago) or later (after 1pm CDT)

I checked with @pramidat and she is able to make it on Monday.
I feel like if we can get a critical mass of people for the proposed Monday call (i.e. affirmative answers from @paynejd and @ball) then we should proceed with it.
We should also set up a call with @akanter the next week (his available time is not in the usual design call slot, but the afternoon slot if open for me).
This Monday is good. 12PM EST?
