CI Build failure When Releasing Patient flags

Continuing the discussion from "Help People Upgrade to Platform 2.x" Sprint Announcement: I encountered https://ci.openmrs.org/download/FLAG-FLAG-RTM/build_logs/FLAG-FLAG-RTM-8.log whlie releasing to maven.

I have set this environment variable: CHROME_BIN=/usr/bin/chromium-browser

Can you try again to see if it helps?
