Care_settings as a challenge for OPD <--> IPD?

Starting this thread for @burke and @dkayiwa to follow up:

Burke raised concern with me today that “Care setting” could be a challenge when someone tries to use OPD and IPD.

Care Setting is tied directly to Orders. Don’t want to have someone on a bunch of chronic medicines and have to discontinue orders that were different care setting. (You can see Bahmni ran into something similar.)

So… What do we do next?

Do we have examples of this challenge in O3?
