This same login error message happened to me Sorry, your userid is required to answer a CAPTCHA question correctly. On contacting help desk I was helped and access was granted … I guess help desk would also work best @jwnasambu @dkayiwa @mksd @mogoodrich
Kindly use omona555e to login into jira/wiki dashboard instead of your email address. Besides that, ensure you answer a CAPTCHA question correctly.
