OpenELis - Lab Results - Optional dropdown to record Test Status for each test

The requirement is to add an additional drop down column to the results screen allowing user to select one of the options as test status. Parallel drug orders for a same drug

Is there any support in bahmni to place parallel drug orders for the same drug? I can see some piece of code related to parallel drugs in OrderServiceImpl (openmrs api) Any information around this would be helpful. @darius @angshuonline @mksrom @binduak @snehabagri @vmalini
