Visibility of drug availability on medication tab

Doctor needs to be aware of the availability of drugs so that he can suggest the patient alternate medications in his encounter in clinical module. Even if the medication is not available in the hospital stock; the patient can be cognizant of it as to which medicine/s s/he can avail from the hospital pharmacy. Data from OpenMRS are directly transposed to OpenELIS

Hi This is Maisha! I’m currently working on Bahmni from Bangladesh.The issue we encountered is the tests prescribed by doctors from clinical module shouldn’t be allowed to be sent to OpenELIS directly without having being paid by the respective patient since patients are usually never entitled to be tested for prescribed investigations without clearing off or partially paying off test bills in compliance with the regulations of most hospitals. Discuss the approach we are taking to address Bahmni connect PWA optimisation issues. This is particularly in view of issues of scale. We want to share our thoughts till now as we see this is an opportunity to enhance the product enhancement that would help to have in the product.

Bahmni-Connect usage survey

We have been working on a document to come up with what technical approach we should go with to start devising the solution. Once we are able to come up with a technical approach we will be in a better position to start work on a more low level implementation diagram for that approach.
