I’m currently working on Bahmni from Bangladesh.The issue we encountered is the tests prescribed by doctors from clinical module shouldn’t be allowed to be sent to OpenELIS directly without having being paid by the respective patient since patients are usually never entitled to be tested for prescribed investigations without clearing off or partially paying off test bills in compliance with the regulations of most hospitals. What is the best potential way of bridging the aforementioned modules and resolve this issue?
