I suggest that we create a page dedicated to logging all calls , since we now have several squads and calls , to make it easy for any one who missed out to quickly get the recording.If it won’t take up all our space.

For example we have

  1. Monday -PM calls

  2. Tuesday - Documentation Call

  3. Wednesday - OCL and FHIR Calls

  4. Thursday -Strategy call (This can be optional)

Perhaps it’s just a matter of reviving what we used to do: place minutes in the wiki.

For example:

We would set up links to etherpad (notes.openmrs.org) sometimes months ahead of time and then transfer those notes into the wiki after the call (so they’re searchable and to preserve them). Now that the wiki supports collaborative editing, notes/minutes could be done directly in the wiki.

Would it be helpful to have a pinned Talk post with the meetings for the week, linked to the Wiki page for the relevant squad/team/committee?
