Worklogs - Time Reports for Jira

I just wanted to ask you if it is possible to install Worklogs - Time Reports for Jira on the OpenMRS Jira instance (

This add-on will allow you to easily track the time being spent by the members of your team in a given period. The app allows grouping data by days, weeks, months or years. Moreover, you can also categorize entries by projects and use several filtering options.

You can find more information using the following links:

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you in advance!

Regards, Jakub.

@cintiadr do you happen to have any idea about this?

Yes, it’s possible to install any plugins. And you should have access to do it, @dkayiwa

I might have to sort the licence before the trial ends, but it’s usually very simple.

@dkayiwa @cintiadr

Did you have time to look at this?

Can I help you somehow?

I sure can arrange that, sorry, I assumed that Daniel took care of it.

I will do it tonight. If for any reason I don’t answer here in 24h with an update, please raise an ITSM ticket (in JIRA), because that one I won’t forget.

It should be installed and licensed.

Thank you!

It looks really good:!show.jspa

Can you raise that in helpdesk please?

I assume you talked about

I sent a request through this site.

@cintiadr Any ETA for updating this app?

@dkayiwa/@jwnasambu are you having trouble resolving this issue in helpdesk?

@cintiadr do you mean “updating Worklogs plugin on OpenMRS Jira instance.” ?

Yes, that.

I think you both are admin in jira, aren’t you?

True dat!

Never done any JIRA plugin update before. I can attempt by starting with google searches. But just wanted to be sure that you are telling me to do so. Any risks?

Yes we are but as @dkayiwa has stated I have never done it either.

Not really big risks.

It’s really as simple as clicking Update:
