When I use the reference application with the address hierarchy each column value is inserted twice separated with comma for example on the country column the value is ‘Uganda,Uganda’. How can I avoid this, because when I go to edit the patient address information, it displays the two values? The DB also shows me the same values yet I expected one value per column.
