Is the user_property table, do you have any property value for loginAttempts greater than zero?

Hi everyone,

I am trying to upload Simple lab entry module (simplelabentry-1.8.omod) to OpenMRS 1.11.6 and I encounter the following error.

Is this version of Simple Lab entry module not compatible with OpenMRS version 1.11.6?

Please help me in configuring Simple Lab Entry module.

According to this error, it looks like you may only be able to run the module, as it is, on platform 1.9.x or below. Later versions of the platform would require some development work to make the module run on them too.
