Sorry I didn’t pickup on this topic earlier… OCL is working on some white papers describing the value of using an interface terminology like CIEL to get to the reference terms/codes such as ICD, SNOMED, LOINC, etc. CIEL is now a digital public good (DPG) and is open source. I am interested in the ANC/PNC concepts that are needed for Nepal and CHT and you should be able to find most of them already in CIEL. If not, we will make sure they are there.
