what time bahmni takes to save observation as new or overriding existing in a same visit

Dear community,

We have an issue on disposition, it seems when the clinician save a new disposition type and note of a patient it override the existing disposition values and sometimes it save it as a new one even if it is the same visit.

I’m wondering, what time it takes bahmni to save a new disposition type and note as new value or overriding the existing value?

Kindly help!
