I am aspirant for GSoC’18 and thus want to be a contributor to openMRS. I have read basic guidelines about the community and read the idea list. But I have my own medical welfare project which I want to contribute to and get it integrated with an open source organization so that everybody could be benefitted from that. So am I allowed to give a proposal which is not in the idea list?
