Dear Community, Please join us in welcoming Nethmi Rodrigo @nethmi to the OpenMRS Global Support Team! Nethmi joins us from Sri Lanka 
and will be working closely with @dkigen on the O3 RefApp.
About Nethmi: Nethmi Rodrigo is a passionate developer. Over the last three years she balanced her undergraduate studies in Computer Science with hands-on experience. She has immersed herself in various startups, leading development teams and driving projects to success with her unwavering dedication and innovative thinking. From developing intricate healthcare solutions to user-friendly e-commerce platforms, Nethmi thrives on the challenge of bringing ideas to life through code. Her goal in life has been to learn the intricacies of the tech world and what makes things tick. Throughout her academic years, she was very determined to ensure that her practical skills were up to par and went on to win a merit award at a prestigious national competition and has also been the proud recipient of a Women in Stem scholarship.
Beyond her time spent behind a screen, Nethmi loves the company of her two playful (and very spoilt) dogs, Cookie and Brudher, who manage to take up a majority of her time being up to no good. Other than cleaning up after her dogs, you can find her cooking or playing video games (most times cooking there too).
