When i start a visit for a patient and then go ahead to fill a form, the form that i fill saves but does not appears as list of Encounters under that visit. Please how do i resolve this?
Can you share a screenshot of where you would expect to see the list of encounters?
The list of encounter is suppose to appear under an Active Visit, from the patient dashboard. Instead, it is appearing under a visit that has already been ended. From the image below, the circled encounter is suppose to appear under the Visit started on 16th.
but as shown in the image below, its not appearing on the visit that started on the 16th, which is the active visit. Any resolution please?
