Virtualbox set up issue on ubuntu

When I tried to follow the instructions for installing virtualbox on https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads I was unable to complete set up.

On system double boot with windows 10 and Ubuntu 16.04 following process should be conducted before installing virtual box. https://stegard.net/2016/10/virtualbox-secure-boot-ubuntu-fail/

So I proposed a note on wiki for the users stating the procedure. @darius @mksd @vinay @arjun @danfuterman
