[UX] Needs examples for Patient Queue usage

As part of the clinical screens redesign, the UX designer (Aditya Karle) is looking for use-cases/examples of how various implementations have configured the Patient Queue screen (by doctor, by room, by program, by OPD/IPD, by department, etc).

Can you share various examples / use-cases? This will help in understanding various configuration options, or count of queues, etc that the design needs to consider.

Understanding how to implement patient queuing in Bahmni

The use case is a central reception point dealing with the arrival of inpatients and outpatients. Taking the example of outpatients these will generally be for family planning, antenatal or postnatal examination and will be directed to a outpatient clinic common waiting area. Currently whenever patient visits it will be shown in Clinical module. Is it possible for me to add a numbering / queue number in the UI like below ? If yes, how ? [ss]
