Is it appropriate to use a “Datatype = Coded” concept as an answer to a “Datatype = Coded” question (or other coded concept"?

e.g. Am I correct in assuming that it is appropriate to use “Fever” (140238, which is a Datatype = Coded" concept) as an answer to “Sign/Symptom Name” (1728, which is also a “datatype = coded” concept)? Thanks.

@sletchford - It is perfectly acceptable to do this. (I don’t prefer this model, but it’s works perfectly well.)
