Question: I have installed the platfom 1.11.4 using the advanced way allwing the creation of a new Database. But now i am trying to install the same platform using an existing DB but it gives an error like the file order_entry_upgrade_settings.txt does not exist. So, I googgled and followed this documentation https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/docs/Prepare+for+Upgrading+From+a+Pre-1.10+to+1.10+or+Later+Version but i don’t understand what is listed there as what one has to do after creating the file order_entry_upgrade_settings.tx .
