I frequently see @suthagar23 working on tickets, as well as shared community activities like proposing conventions and giving mockups/feedback on people’s projects.
I propose he should be a /dev/3 (he’s currently /dev/2).
(The trigger for this is that I was going to reply to him “Why are you asking someone to mark a ticket ready-for-work, you should clearly have the trust level to do it yourself!”)
