Does any one object to promoting @teleivo to a /dev/5?
He has been doing a lot of underground work which may not be visible to some of you. 
He reviews pull requests from the community and helps developers to improve them to the point of merging. He goes through our JIRA tickets pool and cleans them up.
He regularly makes commits to the platform as he sees best.
He takes care of things like this: versioneye is shutting down, replacing it with snyk
