Update some JIRA Issues - OpenMRS Core

Hi,

I just went through the OpenMRS-Core code repository and reffered some part of the codes to get some good basement. I was able to find some issues and bugs which need to be updated. So I have created some issues using OpenMRS JIRA, but I couldn’t make it for “Ready for Work” status. Still the issues have “Needs Assessment”. I think, I haven’t the permission to make this avalaible.

So Could some body take a look at these following issues and provide your suggestions to make it for work.

hi @sumangala28, I had a look and made comments on the tickets. I suggest to be more specific as to what exactly in your view needs to be changed/how and why. A ticket for refactoring an entire class might be to big and generic.
