Update or create docs for UI tests

Many students get an error when writing UI test for RA framework So I want to create a new documentation, or to update the old - https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/docs/UITestFramework Ticket - https://issues.openmrs.org/browse/GCI-4 What do mentors think?

@izaron It would be really great. I think better if you can update the existing document as it contains already existing steps. :). Keep up good work.
