Unknown column 'concept0_1_.precise'

when I am run bahmni in other instance database that’s show the error like- com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLSyntaxErrorException: Unknown column ‘concept0_1_.precise’ in ‘field list’ at sun.reflect.GeneratedConstructorAccessor413.newInstance(Unknown Source)

actually I don’t get this types of error before. Please can you help me anyone. Thanks. @angshuonline

Can you check openmrs logs to see if there are more specific details on the exception?
